We develop an evidence base and provide insight into the strengths and weaknesses in your organisation where gender may be impacting workplace experience. Our survey is given to a cross section of all staff, to identify differential experiences in the workplace.
Drawing on that evidence, we work with leadership teams to provide effective strategies to address any areas of weakness and embed existing strengths across the organisation.
We offer direct follow-up interviews with female staff – where deemed appropriate to further understand issues and provide an on-going ‘feed-back loop’ to management & leadership teams.
We connect staff to Rapid Connect, our personalised employee program & network for women working in male-dominated industries.
